To Search for Documents Based on Environment Attribute Values (Document Search)

Open the Search by Form dialog.

Select either the Attributes or More Attributes tab, whichever one contains the attribute(s) value you want to search against.

The fields displayed on these attribute pages depends on:

the environment specified in the Folder section on the General tab of this dialog
what additional attribute fields were created by your administrator
whether or not an interface exists for the environment

Set or enter the value to search for in the appropriate available fields.

Click Apply or OK.

Documents matching your search criteria display in the search results list.
